interesting how so many on this list focus on disagreement so much. i been
sayin quite a few things here but only once so far has anyone found any
agreement or supportive comments to share. i hope despite that i can be
supportive to people here.
well thanks for your opinion, could you be more specific, i'm interested? i
had no idea i was eating the "worst" food there is. didn't mean to blow you
away. perhaps you could share your worst foods list with us. i have known for
years that all my different approaches to diet had limitations, and will be
the first to admit it now. do you know of a bran type filler that would be an
improvement. i have tried oat and rice bran and found them too mucusy and
heavy.

how long was that?

are you saying that health is only related to physical matters and that
subconscious psychological factors like family bonding, childhood trauma, are
insignificant to our health and how we react to eating food? do you ever feel
that maybe you eat for other reasons than genuine hunger?

easier said than done, me thinks, but a worthy goal, go for it. are you saying
you have perfect health? what do you eat? what kind of lifestyle do you live?
do you grow your own food? do you represent such a high degree of health that
anyone who met you in person would be overwhelmed by your physical appearance?
how old are you?

everything is good but may have limitations, and there may always be room for
improvement, and we always have choices if we seek improvement. i think bad
does not exist in nature, only in peoples minds, course i guess minds are part
of nature, well so much for that idea.
i also eat what works/plays for me. i think it's a matter of degrees rather
than a black and white issue. i suspect all of us on this list are eating some
degree of poison with our foods, not to mention living in ennervating
situations to one degree or another.
