include arachidonic acid, which is an impotant part of the phospholipids
which constitute all the membranes of the brain. Arachidonic acid can be
formed from linoleic acid, dietary EFA, but in mammals, including
humans, the reaction is slow. Sounds like Jaloa knows what she needs.
