This has been discussed numerous times on PaleoDiet and PaleoFood. When
studied early in this century they had no signs of osteoporosis. This did
not appear until they started eating Western foods, which some took up with
relish. It brought them many ills, and it would appear that they are not at
all adapted to them, and these sugars and starches cause more problems in
them then in those of us with European ancestry that have been eating such
longer.
