Janis,

Actually, I don't know what this halvah is.  But it sounds like you want
sesame with honey, so try putting raw brown sesame seeds into a food
processor and processing it until you have a fine meal, then adding
honey until it is the consistency you like.  Roll a spoonful at a time
in some sesame meal.

I make similar treats all the time with the addition of almonds and
sunflower seeds and salt and it is very delicious - see archives for my
recipe.  You can use any combination of raw nuts and seeds, actually.
