Seriously, very few things have one cause. For example, wouldn't you agree
that not everyone who eats particular forbidden foods has the symptoms of
celiac disease or dermatitis herpetiformis (a new one on me I admit)?
And if they stopped teaching it, how would anyone in traditional medicine
know? My hat goes off to anyone anywhere who has taken charge of their own
particular health as regards dietary or other factors, but the opportunity
to generalize to all humanity is sometimes too attractive...
