Roy, you're most kind and I appreciate your words. However, my puny output is
always spoken for.

I suggest you contact Dave Pelly in Kitchener, Ontario (519-895-2798). Dave, an
agronomic consultant, works across a good bit of Canada. He recently published
a Brix chart with certain numbers higher than any I had seen before. When I
asked why, he said "Because the farms I'm working are now getting higher Brix."
I'm sold on Dave's integrity and expect that he would pass your name to the
finer growers in his circle.

Actually, Dave and I share a vision of coordinating the output of truly select
farms to truly select customers who want nothing but the highest Brix food.
Many people, such as you, aren't interested in buying a refractometer and doing
a lot of testing. They're comfortable knowing that the food they plan to
purchase has been verified. If all goes well, and FedEx can do their part, a
workable program may gradually come online in the next year or so. I'll keep
you informed if you would like.

Regards,
Rex Harrill
