Well landed, J-L! Since milk supplied 3/4 or more of the RDA for
half nutrients, one can at best conclude that milk drinkers are
likely to do rather well if they eat something-or-other, assuming the
somethings exclude the worst fast foods and rhubarb pie.
Interesting, too, that iron was deficient, since milk is poor in
it. Is ANY established 'instinctive' or 'natural' set of food notions
confirmed by the CMD study? Not even the simple Zone rule is met...
