Hi Jean-Louis,
I'm going back to this threat. I said:
>Also like Mike wrote it can happen that a new food makes me cold
>although I thought I overcame that problem already. If it is a question
>of adaptation then even a paleolithic human would have had this problem
>with new foods and this I seriously doubt.
..
. and you replied:
>Why not? When you live in a given environment, you don't discover many
>foods (except the first year). Since I went raw, I discovered many foods,
>and I nevery felt cold.
I think that our ancestors were nomads. This says it all. Settling down
began in the neolithic phase.
And don't take your personal experience to be valid for all others. Sure
a healthy paleolithic human shouldn't feel cold when trying a new food,
that he found instinctively attractive. I attribute my problems to my
being an unhealthy neolithic human. ;-)
Anyone else here who feels cold sometimes with certain foods?
Warm greetings,
Stefan
