Hi Tom,
Could you give some resources on this asserts? Would really like to read
them.
I mean, I'm not 100% frutarian nor 100% raw, and don't make a religion out
of my eating habits that targets only health & wellness.
I gave up the idea that a meal should be a time for pleasure and try to
enjoy my self in other stuff. I try to stick to the idea that food is just
for nutrition. *I do eat lots of fruits*, about 50%( I like and it's very
practical to put them into my daily habits)and my glycose is fair, 'round
80's. Also other vegetables. Almost no grain/starch. No meat, either. My
Zinc intake is ok, by the RDA. On the other hand , sometimes I find myself
no that much confident on my memory(I've started supplementing B12 a month
ago, since I found out it was the only nutrient lacking) So, I'm still
searching for what could be, overall, the best for me, though I believe
there are positive and negative aspects in any kind of diet, if one looks it
at a closer range. Surely, there must be better and worse, indeed. I respect
everything and everyone, try to get the broader information I can and just
try to do what I believe is best for me. What I think is best for me is not
necessarly the best for the other.Obviously.
    My best,
        Helio
