As a fellow Toddler Mom, I would love to see the info you collect.
Would you be willing to post it, or have folks send you SASEs to receive
it by "classic" mail (I understand the USPO is getting a little
sensitive about being called "snail Mail")
Good luck with your project!  We use Westsoy Plus, Plain &
Vamilla...they seem to be pretty strong nutritionally, but I have never
done a precise comparison as you are planning.  Let me know if there is
something I would be able to do to help!
