Well, I don't know if they would suit the requirements of each state's
enabling statutes, but they might provide interesting models to compare .. .

The attached Web site is a "Planning Links Directory,' complied and maintained
by the Planning Commissioners Journal's "Planners Web."  Apart from the other
useful articles and links, Pasadena, CA,  and Durham, NC are among those
cities
whose ordinances (including Historic Preservation Ordinances) are available
on-line.  I hope it's helpful!
