Aaron,

Could you describe his (and, if you are willing your own) basic philosophy
on stretching ? I have been taught a method where one does repetitions
of stretches and holds to the point where minor discomfort is felt in
the affected muscles for 1 second before releasing slowly, and repeating
to the number involved, breathing in and out for each stretch. This method
has increased my flexibilty quicker than any other method I
have tried, without any injuries. I have a book on this method,
and will attempt to find it amongts the mess of my current
library collection.
