Hi Peter...

Thanks for the Coleman Beef information. I'm glad flesh eaters
have beef that appears to be less potentially harmful than SAD
grocery store meat.

I found it interesting and of course also ironic that a company that
earns its profit by killing wants to reduce stress in its animals
because:

"It is a known fat that stress in cattle produces less desirable
beef. That's because adrenaline creates sugars that darken and
toughen muscles, which in turn affects the taste."

Does the company's marketing department provide details on
how they reduce stress when they slaughter the animals?
