Nature is of course not "perfect": vegetables were not designed to be
eaten by us, and, for instance, some grains are quite hard to chew.
Juicing, like any kind of preparation, allows you to eat more than
if the food was in its natural state.

But if you had to eat ONLY liquid food, that would probably weaken
your digestion. Chewing tiny amounts of food for hours almost amounts
to eating liquid food.
