Hello friends,

Sorry this has taken so long...crazy busy life, 3 kids...2 of them Celiac...
Here goes...judging by the very few responses I received not too many
Celiacs use these flours.

One person stated that these flours are good in soups and cereals.  Most of
the 6 responses requested the info I received.  There seems to be a bit of
interest in the use of these flours but they certainly aren't popular.
