Maybe if you had several generations of "good eating habits" behind you,
but you are dreaming if you think you need no brushing, flossing, etc
because you eat instincto. Guy-Claude Burger reportedly lost all his teeth
long ago (as did Nicole, according to Severen). Zephyr mentions that he has
had dental problems--precisely because he thought he needed no dental
hygiene if eating instincto.
Especially if eating one's fill of fruit, you may find your dental problems
increase as an instincto if you ignore brushing and flossing.
BTW, a metallic taste in your mouth could be lots of things (like various
detox), not necessarily your fillings...
