Hi Jean-Louis,

I sometimes notice a need for HCN: if I accidentally run into a cloud of
it (produced by cars??? no idea where it came from) it can be attrac-
tive. Then I try apple kernels (also contain HCN) and apricot kernels.
Mostly I cannot eat more than one and a half. The soft ones seem to be
loaded with HCN (or amygdalin). The stop comes quick and brutal but the
beginning is nice.

One could also try bitter almonds if there's a need for HCN. But there
I haven't got a source (Orkos doesn't sell them, he he).

Never noticed problems but the next time I smelled HCN it was offending.
So it seems we humans have a need for HCN in very small quantities, he
he. :-) Funny things one discovers with instinctive eating.

Cyanic greetings,

Stefan
