After many years of illness, I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease
last year. I've been on the diet with much success and gained back all the
weight I lost, however, I have developed a few other problems which are
really puzzling me. First of all, I am still quite easily fatigued
although I do exercise and get 8 hours of sleep, secondly, I am getting
sore joints and knees which my doctor thinks is arthritis. Third, and most
distressing of all, is that my eyesight is deteriorating quite rapidly. I
just had cataract surgery on my right eye and the surgeon suggested doing
the other within the next few months. I'm really not ready for this - I'm
only 49. Has anyone else had a similar experience or any advice? I'd
really appreciate hearing from you!
