That's interesting. I checked the ratios Na/K for a few foods, and the result
was:

kelp            2.6
egg yolk        0.46
chicken (meat)  0.34
celery          0.30
mackerel        0.29
beef (trimmed)  0.19
spinach         0.14
carrot          0.11
broccoli        0.083
tomato          0.041
romaine lettuce 0.028
avocado         0.019
squash          0.011
red bell pepper 0.011
pineapple       0.0088
dates           0.0046
banana          0.0025
apple           0

Highest are seaweed, meat, seafood, celery. Then, in decreasing order, come
vegetables, vegetable-fruits, and finally sweet fruits.
