I paid more than that for a lunch a time or two. In Paris' chinatown for a
couple durian. But I'd have to say it was worth it. ;)
Seriously, the whole idea of organic has gone commercial (as it must if it
is to survive I guess). On the bright side, unless one has those infamous
cash cows or cash trees in their backyard, I suspect such prices would keep
folks from overeating at least. ;)
