Hi Peter and Liane,

putting together all my recommendations to Liane looks complicated, eh?
But in fact all this writing was given to prevent Liane to make things too
complicated for her digestion.
I am used to all these rules and do not even think about them on most
meals. Finally the rules convert to meals as the examples I gave for Ellie
with the exception, that I frequently exceed the limit of three foods per
meal. (I plan to correct this sometime in future).

After some months of practising these rules I found, that my troubled
instincts became quiter and quiter and were in harmony with the rules.
Examples: another rule is, that no fruit or veggie should be eaten after
meat. I watched, that after some meals where I had to enforce this rule
I voluntarily chose to have mono-meals with meat because I felt so satis-
fied that I didn't want to go for anything else afterwards.

So far I didn't find any rules that were contradicting my forming instincts
and that was quite fascinating. So I decided to trust the rules.
For me they are positive and useful.

Peter:
>The word "toxic" looses its meaning if used to describe a food that
>like raw goat's milk can sustain life and health in almost everybody
>who consumes it.

The question would be, if a person suffering from a severe inflammatory
disease (e.g. neurodermitis) can be healed without omitting milk and dairy.
If not this would prove in my oppinion, that milk isn't useful for human
nutrition. Perhaps a healthy raw fooder can tolerate it but is this really
an advantage? (I assume raw milk/dairy).

Peter, would a 100% rational basis for your ethics help you to overcome
you hysteric feelings while eating RAF? It took app. one year after I setup
this basis to make up my conscience. Then I had no trouble anymore when I
did things that before gave me a bad conscience.
I found, that setting up rational guidelines and following them for a while
makes the conscious follow after some time (and calm down with its com-
plaints and - perhaps - even the hysteria).

Thank you for list and listserv information.

Instinctively prescriptive regards,

Stefan
