Well, I have solved one problem, found lots of wild game.
Now, how do I slice it thin enough for pemmican?
Susan, how do you do it? Do you have a meat slicer? Or do you have an
industrial strength food processor that can slice thicker slices of meat? My
food processor requires that the meat be very thin.
I sliced it as thin as I could by hand and still, could not get it thin enough.
Can you take frozen venison into a butcher and ask him to slice it for you?
