First time I've seen or had them, but bought a package (wasn't frozen
and didn't say it was previously frozen) -- I ate about half of them
just like they came (apparently cooked) and the other half, my wife put
in a bouillabaisse type concoction of hers -- real nice, apparently
called popcorn shrimp but tasted more like lobster.
I was wondering, if cholesterol content was high in them as in regular
shrimp and any nutritional details about them? (search of USDA proved
to no avail, nor did I get far on the web.)
Also, would these be farmed?
(They were a grocery store item in the fish section.)
