Yes I must agree with you however, as a UK librarian I find that there are
many books available (even in the UK) that deal with recipes for milk
allergic and LI people Both Steve Carper and myself run book shops on the
internet and many other Milk allergic sites list book titles.
The library I work in has a range of recipe books dealing with a range of
allergies and I have also purchased a range of vegan cookbookd that cut out
dairy products also.
Do visit the sites and see the range available (US still have some I can't
get in the UK though)
