Thnaks for the info, Kevin, I wanted the RDA strictly as a general guideline. I didn't want to give my son too much calcium, so now I have a
general idea.
I have another question, if I give my son a vitamin with vit D in it, is that enough to absorb calcium during the day or do they have to be
taken together? I can't imagine eating a kale salad and then running outside and exposing my skin to the sun for vit D! ;-D
