Milk intolerance is mostly known as lactose intolerance. It is NOT an
allergy. It is the inability of the digestive system to digest the lactose
(and probably other substances too) in milk and most milk products mostly
for lack of the proper enzymes, like lactase. For lactose intolerance you
do a fecal test, not an allergy test. Behavioral problems could be caused
by the sugar in milk or by other allergies, not by the milk intolerance.
That is just my own opinion, based on personal experience and 25 years of
informal research.
