hello,
i know there was discussion recently comparing nut butters
to raw, unprocessed nuts. can someone send me the conclusion
(if any) of that discussion, or a recap? i have recently
lost the mail and this topic is of great interest to me.
i prefer using nut butters to nuts because they are easier
for me to deal with, yet i wonder if a lot of nutrition is
lost in the processing.
