Paula,

I got a fibro dx in Dec. After much experimentation I got the best
results from 1. taking very large doses of digestive enzymes and 2.
going gluten free as Ron suggests.
Doing a websearch on celiac will bring up Ron's very informative papers
on gluten and more info than you'll know what to do with! There is a
newsgroup and a mailing list for both fibro and celiac--not everyone who
avoids gluten is a celiac sufferer.
Now if I could just get dairy free I'd probably lose the last wacko
fibro symptoms in my ears!
