I know of two places for alternative meats:

(1) Polarica near San Francisco 800-426-3872 has game products for sale, a
catalog upon request, and will ship (very pricey though) their stuff. They
also have a NY office at 800-GAME4US. The web page is still a couple weeks
away.

(2) Butcher Boy Meats has a web page that I point to in the Foods/Vendors
