I have to disagree here. Of course, if you have a watermelon-based
diet, you won't need to drink. But avoiding dehydration by hot
temperatures by eating a high juicy fruits-diet is not a good thing.
Personally, I need to drink a lot of (mineral) water (the current
temperature is about 90 F). The raw-foodist who never sweats is a myth.
