I know many people don't like scientific facts, but since I do, I guess I am not
the only one. Well, anyway, I try to vary my posts.

Yes, I forgot to talk about other chicken organs (I get them less often). Lung
and head are not bad, but I don't like the stomach. Kidneys were OK, but not
terific.

The chickens I ate were on average 1.5 kg (without head), and fatty enough.

You are exagerating a little bit here. According to my table, you got
210000 units.
Note: the upper limit of 10000 IUs/day was for people taking that amount EVERY
DAY. I am sure you don't eat 600 grams liver every day.
