and hope that I can find some great places to eat; otherwise, it's trips
to health food store and visit to organic fruits/veg. section.

What's the name of the book he wrote.  I love sea vegetables and would
be interested in knowing that receipe.  Was the sea veg. raw or was that
a cooked dish?  Interested anyway if you can share.
