Well, here is my method of eating eggs:

1) Crack the egg so that there is a little hole in the shell.

2) If the white tastes good, suck it.

3) Finish cracking of the egg. Keep yolk in one half and throw whatever
white remains (generally, I eat more yolks than whites).

4) "Drink" the yolk.

I don't mind about the quality of the eggs. I buy organic eggs (from
free range hens) and I let them age 1 or 2 weeks before eating them.
I don't have access to instincto quality eggs. And I don't eat the
shell.
