I don't think it's quite correct that the !Kung represent one end of the
spectrum. Eaton et al list higher Plant:Animal ratios for both Hadza of
Tanzania (80:20) and extreme desert Australian aborigines (90:10) in "The
Paleolithic Prescription/A Program of Diet & Exercise and a Design for
Living."
