So many lists, so little time. I have a question. I like this list
because of the number of intelligent questions and answers. Is there a
diet list where I would be happier than here? Something research oriented?
Have you all been around the block, so to speak.
PS I am not on any diet except as dictated by my allergies. My husband is
on Atkins. I am prim. here as a nutritional consultant.
