Yes. Ron Hoggan has done some looking into gall bladder problems and has
written an article on it. Basically CCK (cholecystokinin) is the hormone
responsible for gall bladder contraction. The bulk of this hormone is
produced in the duodenum. The duodenum mucosa can be compromised by gluten.
Since gluten is out on the Paleolithic diet, the duodenum should be able to
send the right signals to the gall bladder.

CCK also signals the pancreas to produce certain digestive enzymes.
