Regarding raw foods, is there a certain dietary % that provides most of the
benefits? For example, the American Cancer Society recommends eating 5 raw
fruits and vegetables/day. People consuming this amount have 70% lower
rates of skin cancer. The dietary caloric % from 5 fruits and veggies/day
is pretty small (maybe less than 10%-20%).
From looking at raw foods web sites, it seems that people who eat ~75% raw
claim to be "raw foodists". Is this the generally accepted number?
