I am new to this list. I have purchased and read Neanderthin. I
still have many questions about the Paleo-diet, and I have found the list
to be an invaluable support in my struggle to cope with such a huge
life-change.
        But now I am afraid to ask any more questions for fear of
upsetting the established members of the list. If all the answers to the
questions are in the book, then what's the point of this listserv?
