the best sources of biotin are egg yolks, beef liver, nuts, kidneys and fruit.
the part of the egg that inhibits biotin absorption is said to be the egg
white, but i've got to agree with Aaron on this: people have been eating raw
eggs for a long time, and it's hard to think that nature would package up
something wrong like this.
also, i sometimes like to mix raw eggs into a fruit smoothie, makes a good
quick breakfast. if you know your chickens are healthy, you don't need to
worry about salmonella ;)
