Hi Moira,
>I am wondering if the paleo diet would help with dyslexia/other learning
>disabilities?
I have all my 4 children on gluten free food. (This is a good start towards
Paleo, and I think, the most important food to eliminate, followed by dairy.)
They all get straight As; on the other hand did not get the best beginnings
ie: some had vaccinations; they were very small babies due to my
undiagnosed celiac disease; they had failure to thrive, etc. but were
breastfed...
I do always stress to them the importance of Paleo eating and the
unfortunate misgivings of dairy products and sugar and forbidden fats so
much that they have learned to change the subject on me...
My question is-
As the gatherer half of the paleoreationship, are nuts, fruits, seeds and
vegetables enough to maintain good health?
I have some problems with beef digestion and I cannot depend on wild meats
as constant source of protein.
This is a wonderful list!
All the best,
Susan
