A tea made of comfrey leaves, raspberry leaves and spearmint leaves works
wonderful for stomach upsets. The raspberry and mint are mostly for flavor,
but have some soothing properties. Be sure to crush and use the comfrey
blossoms along with the leaves, as the medicinal qualities are more
concentrated in the blossoms.
