Or perhaps it's just that people who can "get away with" eating beans,
potatoes and wheat are setting themselves up for a catastrophic
autoimmune illness several years from now when their immune system
reaches its threshhold of tolerance. They'll never be certain until it's
too late. Either way, the most important point to remember is that none
of these are edible to primates in nature. Therefore, humans should
avoid them.
