You can get King Oscar sardines packed in olive oil at a regular
supermarket. Another brand is Cento. And some brands are packed
in "sild," which is sardine oil itself. These tend to be the
"gourmet" sardines. I've also had some that are packed in
mustard; they are quite tasty.
Incidentally, it says in Jean Carper's _Food -- Your Miracle
Medicine_ book that a half-teaspoon of mustard increases
caloric expenditure by 25% over a 3.5 hour period. Most, but not
all, mustards are made with vinegar. Or you can by dried mustard
powder and make your own by mixing it into a paste with lime
juice and a bit of sea salt. Not bad at all.
