A great place for Paleos to eat is the Lady Luck hotel/casino
coffee shop in Las Vegas, where they have specials on Prime Rib
every day. Chris and I went there and each had a 24oz PR, at
$12 per meal. I'd never seen such a huge hunk of cooked meat
in my life! It was delicious, and even though that was before I
started "dieting" I knew where my heart was.

Count me in as another female who could live quite easily on
nothing but meat. There are vegetables I like, such as broccoli
(hi Karl!) but if they all disappeared, I wouldn't cry. Give me
meat, meat and more meat, big juicy, fragrant, mouth-watering
meat!

Vickie (who thanks the cows for tasting so good)
