I also flavor my seltzer water, but I use extracts like lemon and
orange and mint from Frontier that are made from the fruit itself in
a base of vegetable glycerine extracted from palm kernal oil. Nice
flavor (not sweet, tho) and no appreciable affect on blood sugar.
