Hi everybody!
Finally a no-milk list!
I posted this to the autism list a couple of days ago, for those that have
their children on a c/f diet, but I cannot find my original. The gist of it
is....
I contacted the Consumer Dept. at Kraft-General Foods in Canada the other
day, and it was confirmed to me that Jello contains milk ingredients. The
woman I spoke to could not tell me which ingredient it was. I've read the
labels, and frankly, I just don't see where it is hidden. I am looking for
words like casein, caseinate, lactose, lac-'anything', whey, and I just
cannot see where it is hidden. Are there any other 'buzz-words' that I
should be searching for that will alert me to the presence of casein?
