this true with calcium supps. to give gas? >>

Most calcium supplements are made from dairy based products. There are only
a very few that are based from shells etc. REad those labels!

Ok, I have the label of the Calcium I took it contains: Calcium Carbonate,
Maltodextrin, <less than 2% of Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium,
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Sterate, Polyethylene Glycol 3350,
Crospovidione,Steric Acid

Can anyone tell me if these is dairy oriented? I thought that's why I took a
supplement. I read the label before purchasing and didn't catch any dairy
ingredients I thought. I read labels for my highly allergic older son all
the time.

Thanks
