Hi Josef!

Oat groats are just the whole raw oat grain. It can be soaked to a soft
state in 24-48 hours. In my opinion, oat groats and barley are the tastiest
soaked raw grains. They don't actually grow a little tail like wheat does
but do begin the sprouting process by being soaked. I find raw grains
difficult to digest. Have you had any luck trying "diluting" the sugar of
morning fruit by eating Romaine and/or celery with it? I've tried this, it
helps with the fatigue but I am starving within an hour. I needed a
breakfast to get me through the two or three hours necessary until recess
time (yes, I'm a schoolteacher!), thus the addition of oatmeal. Plus, I just
got tired of being hungry all the time.

Smiles,

Sandy
