Hi Peter,

Thanks for posting that very interesting article.  Also on the subject of
milk, it's worth thinking about the quality of the milk taken from a cow
whose newborn calf is immediately taken from it to be killed.  I doubt that
it can be proven scientifically, but I wonder what kind of toxins the cow
is putting into that milk in the state she is in.  I understand there are
Ayurvedic dairies in India (maybe U.S. too?) where the calf is kept with
the mother, and only the excess is taken for human use.  If I were going to
drink raw cow's milk, that would certainly be my choice, both for health
reasons and out of compassion for the cow.
