On one hand the vegiphobia is the natural reaction to an oversized
body who is trying to purge as much excess fat as possible. On the other,
it's a cultural food preference that occures from eating an artifically
sweetened diet. I myself eat a salid for lunch on the days I work,
usually, and stick to a veggie free diet with a little fruit on tuesday to
thursday. The results speak for themselves.
Don't eat anything you don't like. Your tongue is your first line
of defense against toxic substances.
